Saj Labneh. There are several ways to travel to Beirut: eating a Labneh Saj is one of them. If you don't know what Labneh is, well don't think twice, that's the one for you. It is a soft Lebanese yoghurt-based cheese that no Lebanese can live without.
We melt that cheese in the Saj until it starts to bubble. As your teeth go through the Manoushe, you'll be instantly hooked. We sprinkle some Zaatar and there you go, your classic Manoushe!!

Saj Zaatar. The concept for Manoushe began with the zaatar mix. This herbaceous nutty spice mix is felt in Lebanese mornings. I also can't help but remember my grandmother listed all its benefits: Calms inflammation, increases energy, improves mood, improves memory, and the list goes on...
And as we already said, the Labneh is as much a part of our culture as the Zaatar. And if we mix both? Well, it's not us who thought of that... it was done years and years ago. We live our culture.

The amazing lentils. Hey, if it wasn't awesome, we wouldn't have called it that. Lentils soaked in our balsamic dressing make the Bowl a healthy eating wonder. We all know about the goodness of lentils, but what we don't all know is how tasty they can be: this Bowl is proof.
And this is our Super Freekeh. Freekeh is a grain typically found in the Middle East. It's low in fat, high in protein and strong in fiber - it's healthier than quinoa! You do not believe it? There is no nonsense there. Dairy free, sugar free with no additives. Our dough is made daily, in-house to ensure freshness and goodness.
